Shipping & Refund Policy – FAQ
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information by email once your order is processed and on its way.
What if my product arrives damaged or opened?
If your package arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with, please email us right away at Harahplus.info@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will be happy to work with you to resolve it.
Do you accept refunds or returns?
We accept refunds within 7 days of receiving the product, but only under these conditions:
Refunds are accepted if:
- The seal is unbroken
- The product is unused
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Once we receive the item and confirm the seal is intact, we will issue your refund.
Refunds are
not accepted
for:
- Tonic/Drink products (due to safety and health regulations)
- Any items with a broken or removed seal
Please note: We are not responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for mailing the item back.
